Okay so first, screenshot of import video frames to layers and select a screenshot or a gif - either one is fine. I chose to show you guys how to do the gif graphic ^^

Make your gif as you usually do. Crop it, but don’t sharpen it yet! (250px by 175px)

Now, how i do my graphics is basically paste a whole bunch of textures onto the image and change blending modes, trying to make it look nice xD

I find most of my textures here (x)

First of all i started with a few adjustments

you can use

Levels

Curves

Colour balance (i use it a lot in graphics)

selective colour

etc.,

It has a bit of a greenish tone and that’s good because if you’re doing a pic spam then having lots of colours will look nice!

I use a lot of light leaks too, i find they look nice and add a cool colour :D

I’m using this light leak for this one

For light leaks i usually change the blending mode to either

soft light, screen, or overlay

I use screen the most though. It’s all up to you! And change the opacity however much you feel like. 

I duplicated the light leak layer and set one to overlay and one to screen, the screen layer being 20% opacity the other being 100%

next, i used a whole bunch of different textures to give the gif a real graphic look. (textures make a big difference, especially grainy ones)

I set most of my texture’s blending modes to screen

as you can see, textures make a big difference :3

Now, i feel like sehun is shaking the camera so i found a handwritten texture, resized it and set the blending mode to darken. And since the words sort of blend in with the gif’s colourfulness i added a white box around the words. 

I used the rectangular marquee tool and selected a box like above, then i went to Layer> New Fill Layer> Solid colour

press okay and then i selected white colour

and now just make sure your handwritten layer is above your colour fill and it’ll look like this:

Now i’m going to drag both the colour fill layer and the handwritten texture layer to below the 3 textures to give it less of a bold appearance

and we’re done! :))

So the moral of this tutorial was that, for graphics just do whatever you want to make it look nice and remember lots of textures and be creative!

I put all the textures and adjustments into a group so that it wouldnt be so messy

your layers now should look like this

Now save you gif by clicking File > save for web & devices

these are my settings:

After you save it, close your gif and then open it up again

now copy all the frames of your gif

by clicking the little arrow with three bars

And then click select all frames

now go to the arrow with three bars again and press copy frames

Now open your picspam with your other graphics arranged

mine looks like this:

Okay and now click the three bars and the arrow once again and press paste frames

CLICK PASTE OVER SELECTION!!! 

now select all the layers of your gif and then drag it to wherever you want the gif to be on your picspam

mine is like this!

now rinse and repeat!

well usually a photo that is fairly large is better to use like the one i used for Kai xD the dimensions for the Kai photo was 2700x1800px as you can see it’s fairly large and btw i’m sorry for the late answer, i’ve been on mobile xD
